Overview
Mul-Baiyer Lumusa District is one of the four districts of Western Highlands Province. It is home to a diverse population across the Mul, Baiyer, and Lumusa areas and is known for its fertile valleys, rugged highlands, cultural heritage, and strong agricultural potential.
The district encompasses three Local-Level Governments (LLGs) that work together to deliver essential services and support community development across the region.

Central administrative area covering the Baiyer Valley region. As the location of the district headquarters, Baiyer Rural LLG plays a crucial role in coordinating development activities and providing essential services to the community.
Lumusa Rural LLG
Supporting development across Lumusa communities. The Lumusa Rural LLG works to enhance agricultural productivity, improve road access, and strengthen community services throughout the region.
